In 1999 MUSA was born in Carcavelos. It has always been our home and we have tried until our last effort to continue where we have always been happy. We knew that sooner or later the place where we held the festival would go into construction works and that MUSA would have to find a new home.

We deeply believed that in 2022 it would still be possible to hold MUSA in Carcavelos and close this chapter of our history with a lot of nostalgia.

Until this moment, even knowing that time was getting shorter and shorter, we were doing our best to have this year's edition in Carcavelos but despite all our efforts, we were told that it is not possible to make the festival in Carcavelos due to the start of construction work there.

It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce that, unfortunately, our reunion is again postponed to 2025 in a new house where we will do everything to ensure that the biggest reggae festival in Portugal continues to fill the summer and our hearts with good vibrations.
